Located in a 20-story building on the southeast corner of N. James Lovell (7th) Street and Wisconsin Avenue. (There is a Miller beer sign on top of the building and a “Build-a-Breakfast/ Build-a-Burger” restaurant at street level.) Free parking is available for patients in Interstate Parking Badger Lot #1122 located at 625 N. James Lovell. Access the lot by turning from Michigan Street (a two-way/east-west street) north onto James Lovell Street (one-way/northbound only) and then left into the lot. Only park in spaces marked for Eye Care Specialists, or you will be ticketed. If the lot is full, or you wish to park elsewhere, there are numerous metered spaces and other lots nearby.
Wauwatosa
Located in a 6-story office building on the west side of Mayfair Road (Hwy. 100) just north of North Avenue. ("2323" is in big red numbers at the top of the building.) Mayfair Mall and the Cheesecake Factory restaurant are across the street to the east. A Radisson hotel is just to the south. If you are coming from Mayfair Road heading northbound, you have to go past North Ave. and then loop back by turning left (west) at the light onto "Best Buy" Drive. Turn into the first driveway on the left (south) and proceed past the front of the UW-Credit Union and on to the 2323 building. Ample free parking is available behind the building by the back entrance.
West Allis

Located in a stand-alone building on the southwest corner of 102nd& National—one stoplight west of the I-894 National Avenue on/off ramps. From National Avenue, turn north onto 102nd Street and left into the first parking lot. This new location is located directly across the street from the old location (pictured above); the location of the old Bakers Square Restaurant. Ample free parking.
Eye Surgery & Laser Center of WI

This is one of several outpatient facilities where Eye Care Specialists' surgeons perform cataract and other eye-related laser and surgical procedures. The surgery center is located in the Milwaukee County Research Park just off of Hwy. 100 (also known as Mayfair Rd. or 108th St.) & Watertown Plank Rd. A detailed map with driving directions is given to surgery patients.​

Envision
Surgery Center

This is one of several outpatient facilities where Eye Care Specialists' surgeons perform cataract and other eye-related laser and surgical procedures. Envision Surgery Center is located just off the expressway on 102nd Street at Lincoln Avenue. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites is next door to the north and Eye Care Specialists’ West Allis office is two blocks to the south. A detailed map with driving directions is given to surgery patients.
